FACILITIES
1.01 Does the factory have a designated inspection room/area? 工廠是否有指定的檢驗室/區?
1.02 Is there enough space for the Functional Area? 工廠廠區是否充足?
1.03 Is the Functional Area clean and organized? 工廠廠區是否清潔有序?
1.04 Does the Functional Area have sufficient lighting? 工廠廠區是否有充足的照明?
1.05 Is the Functional Area well ventilated? (To Include Air Conditioning where identified as requirement) 工廠廠區是否通風良好( 包括按照規定應安裝空調)?
1.06 Is In-house Lab conditioned as per AATCC/ASTM standards? 內部實驗室的條件符合AATCC/ASTM標準嗎?
1.07 Is there an Appearance room/ASTM specs (should include Target primary source UL 3000 as well)? BLACK ROOM 工廠有符合ASTM規格并裝有UL3000等設備的暗房嗎?
1.08 Does the factory have a sample room? 工廠有打樣間嗎?
1.09 Does the plant have a "back up" power supply available that will allow production to continue in case of power failure? 停電后,工廠有自備的發電設備嗎?
EQUIPMENT
2.01 Are machines, equipment, fixtures and tools suitable to produce clients product? 機器、設備、工具是否適合生產客戶的產品?

2.03 Is an organized spare parts inventory kept on hand at the factory? 工廠有備用零件的庫存清單嗎?

2.22 Does the spreading equipment have tensionless ability if knits are produced? 如果生產針織類產品，拉布機有無張力功能嗎
2.23 Does the factory use die cutting equipment when applicable? 工廠有沖切設備嗎?
2.24 Does the factory have band knife equipment available? Do they use the equipment? 工廠有環式帶刀設備并使用該設備嗎?
2.25 Does the factory use computer cutting equipment on open width fabrics? 工廠使用電腦切割原幅面料設備嗎?
2.26 Are templates in good condition not worn out? (If Applicable) 模板運轉良好還是報廢?
2.27 Are cutting tables of appropriate width and length and of adequate quantity for product being produced? 裁剪臺的尺寸(長度及寬度)適合大貨料量要求嗎
2.28 Is fusing machine maintained per a documented schedule? 貼合機有按文件要求定期保養嗎
